Shipping Policy


My Sweet Petunia uses USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Global Post to ship all parcels worldwide. My Sweet Petunia is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS, UPS, FedEx or Global Post once the parcel has been mailed. Please inspect your items immediately. Contact us within 7 days if your order is not complete. Shipping claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving. All domestic packages are sent priority mail or UPS. There is an automatic $100 insurance on all domestic boxes. If your item is damaged please file a claim with the USPS or UPS and/or email me. My Sweet Petunia, Inc will not file claims for parcels that shows delivered.  My Sweet Petunia does not resend packages that are marked delivered. 

Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because of customer error in entering the address, we can reship and bill for the additional postage.

All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value that was made at the time of purchase. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary greatly by country and can take up to six to eight weeks. For First Class Mail International: Due to the fact that order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail, My Sweet petunia, Inc. is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. My Sweet Petunia, Inc will not file claims for parcels that shows delivered.

Shipping fees and policies are subject to change at any time.

We do not ship partial orders. If an item is on back order or a preorder, it will prevent the order from shipping.
